We wanted to sell our unimproved land in TN but we live in FL. Got bombarded with letters in the mail from people "offering" to purchase, but most were just feeling us out to see if we were desperate to sell and gave us ridiculously low offers. Then I got a letter from Tracy Dellacqua at USA Land Today, LLC. She was the first person to make an honest and fair offer for our property. Still, I was concerned about selling via emails and internet as there are so many scammers to beware of. I am happy to report that Tracy and USA Land Today are legit and we closed on the property sale just a few days ago. Funds were in my bank as promised, on Monday. From the date I first contacted her, Tracy kept me updated weekly on what was being done, walked me through the entire process, basically held my hand through the entire transaction and responded to my calls and questions within hours. We didn't even have to travel to TN for the closing! She arranged to have a local real estate qualified notary come to our home to sign and finalize the sale paperwork. It took about a half hour and we were done. Proceeds were wired to our bank and Tracy followed through with me right up to my confirming the funds had been posted to our account. I am impressed by her integrity, and professionalism as well as her attention to detail. Would use this company again in a heartbeat and we highly recommend Tracy as an agent

Tracy Dellacqua at USA Land Today, LLC went above and beyond to help me sell my vacant lots in Tennessee. This land started to become a burden more than a blessing! Truth is I live in NV from CA and there is no more energy in dreaming of one day making improvements. It's too far and there is no more time.
